First recognized as a figure skater and professional dancer, I spent many years teaching dance and physical training to athletes, companies, and schools.
For over a decade, yoga has been at the heart of my life, bringing me balance, strength, and inner peace. Today, I combine several of my passions and aim to give the very best of myself through yoga classes, nature experiences, retreats, and equine therapy — offering transformative moments that help each person reconnect to their essence.
An eternal student of life and an entrepreneur in health and wellness, I am passionate about Ayurveda, quantum science, bioresonance, frequency therapy, and the power of water.
My students know me for my gentleness, openness, and radiant energy.
I guide practices in Yin, Gentle Flow, Power Vinyasa, and Yoga Fitness with the intention of offering every yogi a unique, uplifting experience that cultivates presence and connection to the breath. My wish is for everyone to leave my classes feeling better, lighter, and inspired to nourish both their practice and their life.

Ujjayi Riders
Yoga with horses - Yoga for riders
Yoga for Riders
The Ujjayi Riders classes and workshops are designed to help riders go beyond the physical practice of yoga postures and bring the principles of yoga into their riding. Yoga prepares the rider to be more receptive to their horse, improves integration of their riding instructor’s teachings, and enhances harmony with the horse.
Through mindful movement, breathing techniques, and concentration practices, riders strengthen their connection to themselves, their horse, and their surroundings.
The 45-minute class includes:

Breathing techniques

A short guided meditation

A sequence of postures specifically for riders ; strengthening the back, core, and legs, opening the shoulders, loosening the pelvis, and improving flexibility
These sessions help riders move with greater finesse, prepare their bodies before riding, and recover better afterward.
Starting at $25 per person
Workshops
Ujjayi Riders Workshops combine the yoga for riders class (45 minutes) with hands-on time with your horse. The full experience lasts between 2–3 hours and is custom-made for you or your group.

Yoga with Horses
Not a rider? You can still experience the magic of the herd.
Yoga with Horses invites anyone , riders and non-riders alike , to practice yoga by the horses’ side, feeling their calming presence, observing their subtle communication, and connecting deeply with nature. This unique practice is both grounding and transformative, offering a peaceful moment of mindfulness in the company of these gentle beings.
Who it’s for:
